Once I had booked the party, the team checked in with me to confirm numbers and what was expected. On the day of the party, the attendant in the room was super helpful, anticipating everything we needed before we even asked. She was very pleasant to deal with and very efficient. Two thumbs up for her!!

Great customer service for the birthday party. The park had expanded options for all the kids. Kaitlyn was great in the party room.

Our hostess was friendly, professional, helpful and very attentive with the children and other guests. She entertained and played with the kids. We had a great time. Thank you for making my son’s birthday cake special.

It was very easy to make the arrangements, and since we had some tricky dietary restrictions to deal with I appreciate that SkyZone is so flexible about you bringing your own food. The value received for the cost is very good. Our party host (I believe her name was Isa) was very friendly & helpful and did a great job.

The birthday party experience was wonderful! I especially love that the new ninja course was open during toddler time. The pizza was delicious. I do wish we could have had more drinks on hand - the hostess had to keep refilling the pitchers. Everyone was happy with the party though!

Our party host, Isa, was fantastic! The dodgeball official did his best to keep the game organized and fair. My son and friends had an awesome time!

Assistance provided in the party room was excellent and went above and beyond! The facility was improved since our last visit and had great amenities for jumping and obstacles.
