Booking our party with 15 children was very easy thanks to the help of Samantha. When I left a message with questions she called back promptly and answered all of my questions. The day of the party was wonderful and the process of check in and then being escorted to the private jump area was very easy. Friendly people working at the front counter helped our group stay together and got us jumping fast. The team member helping in the party room was very helpful and had everything set up, cleaned up and stayed with us the entire time. Everything was very well done and my husband and I were very satisfied with the service we received. The only complaint from the kids was that an hour of jumping was not enough and they wanted to jump longer (even though us parents so pink and sweaty faces after the first 20 minutes). A huge THANK YOU to the staff at Westborough Sky Zone for making my 6 year old's birthday a wonderful experience for her.

I have been taking my children there for several years in the beginning predominately because of the toddler time that was available on Sunday mornings for a very fair/modest price. My oldest has since outgrown that toddler availability (7 years old) which makes it difficult to bring all three children (3, 5,7) to Skyzone for a fun time because we are forced to attend during times were older (often disrespectful and careless children) are present making it difficult for the 3 year old to jump. Further more the cost during that time is extreme high in my opinion. However, the new attractions (climbing wall, obstacle course, jump swing, etc...) make the park far more attractive, fun, interesting and attractive especially for the seven year old. Something should be done however to address the lack of good jump time for young families (2-14) and middle age children 6-12. Unfortunately, regular jump times with teenagers, young adults, and adults does not create a conducive time for families trying to jump.

We were a team of children on autism spectrum. The Skyzone staff accommodated our needs and understood the level of assistance these children need. I was very pleased with the level of cooperation. Thanks so much!

We had a great birthday party! Everything went perfect. Caroline and Kendall are very professional and I did not have to worry about a thing!

Caylin, Aubrey and the manager on duty 5/21/19 in Westborough was extremely helpful and kind. One of our busses were late so they extended the jump time to the kids who came late! Samantha was excellent to book the party with she immediately got back to me in all her emails! Thank you again for a wonderful time!!

Everything was at such a great price for my son's birthday party. Such ease booking everything and going and getting to have fun with my son jumping. The host in the room was also super helpful as well!
