It was very easy to set up and run a birthday party. The facility is well maintained.

Our party coach McKenzie Pilkington was excellent! She did a great job serving the kids and keeping things moving. She was extremely accommodating! I thought the quality of the pizza & drinks were very good! Overall very good experience.

15 more minutes in the party room would be ideal, this would allow time to open gifts in front of friends. The staff and party attendants were wonderful!

The staff were great and the kids had just the right amount of time to jump before coming into the party. I was very impressed by how efficient our host wast.

The check in process was a little chaotic, also the birthday boy never got his sky zone shirt. the staff was very helpful when I asked questions, but for the price that you pay I would have been happier if I had to do less explaining to the guests. Over all birthday boy had a great time and that's what matters most.

We had 15 kids at birthday party, it will be helpful to have someone to navigate them, we had to do it ourselves.

It took me a week to contact someone about booking a party. I called several times a day and left messages and didn’t get a response for 5 days.
