No direction was given, my child's name was not on any room which made her sad, I was charged for food we did not want!!

I felt like the hosts were not properly prepared when we got into the room and then for everyone to gather into the room, there is no announcement on the loud speaker... there was a little boy who didn’t even know we went into the room. The room was super loud, the host was not prepared with drinks and pizza distribution and then after the party ended, they played a game in the room that we thought was not appropriate due to the size of the room and how many people we had in our party

Birthday party check in was delayed due to high volume of general guest check in at the same time. Nikki in Westborough, MA was awesome and extended our party 15 mins to make up for the lost time. Overall, the check in process is confusing unless you've been there before. The waiver monitors should either be in your way as you walk in (i.e. can't miss doing that as your first step) or, the monitors should be a part of the check in desk (i.e., facing the customer so they can fill them in while the rest of the payment/check in/etc is done by the employee. My party guests waiting in line 3 times - once to check in to be told to go to the terminal, then at the terminal for the waiver, then again at the main desk. Leaving the party room, we didn't have any sort of 'bag' to carry all of our gifts home in. It took several adults to help get the gifts to the car. A clear trash bag of some sort would be a helpful addition to the party.

I would have preferred more communication about the party procedure before and during.

The cost for a party vs a cost elsewhere for what you receive

The birthday party rooms were cleaned just prior to us using them. The floors were still wet and the room smelled of cleaning materials the entire time we were in them.

The only thing I would change is the 20 minutes they told us to come before our jump time. Trying to keep 14 seven year olds contained with nothing to do is hard work. It seemed like 5-10 minutes would have been plenty.

I was quoted $25 a person for the birthday party I had for my son. At 12:00 at check in only 8 children where on time for check in. I was not able to order more pizza when 8 other children came but was still charged $25 for each child. With only 2 pizzas my party children was only able to have one slice of pizza each. This was not far because Why would I order so many pizza and not know how many children were going to be late. paying $25 a person and they didn't get pizza was disappointing. I don't think I would ever have a party there again because of the way that is handled. Many people are not on time to birthday parties and not being able to provide the pizza for the late arrivals but still being charged the full price is upsetting

The overall experience was completely fine. It looked like several spaces were being painted or were under construction in some way--I'm not sure if we missed out on anything because of this, but things appeared to be sort of "in progress." It was also a bit difficult to greet and corral our party, but that is no one's fault.
