It has a number of options for kids . It’s clean and well maintained .

Some of the attendances were uninterested in being there. That doesn't give me, as a parent, a good feeling that they are making sure the jumpers are being safe. The pizza served wasn't hot for the birthday party.

My daughter and her friends had a great time. I purchased additional adult tickets thinking that we'd all be able to jump together, but it was not relayed to me that the adults would have to jump in a separate area from our 6-year-olds - which I understand is for safety, but it would have been good to know ahead of time. I believe the trampoline park in Marlborough allows all jumpers in the same area, which is better for families.

We had to literally holler at someone to get our birthday check in started. Then there was not effective communication about where the different aged children could jump and then when they were given 12:15-1:15 stickers, we had to ask 3 different staff people why we weren’t being called to our party room. Finally, we were told by the party host that the pizzas had not arrived so the kids could jump for 15 more minutes. But by the time I told all kids this information we were called to our party room. Very frustrating.

During the party, the unlimited drinks ran out and we had to get them filled a few times for the party planner who was working by herself and I was told there would be 2 planners. The ice cream came after the cake was served.

It was ridiculous to book the event as I played phone tag the entire time. The party supplies that were explained to me being party decor etc from the associate was simply a plate and a napkin. The party attendant was unorganized and cleaned the entire time with pledge and placed the cupcakes on the table without washing hands and not using plates. I ended up asking her to use a plate. Then tried to light the cake with the cake in front of the birthday girl using the long lighter in front of her face which was odd. They're was just a general uncomfortableness amongst my guests because the girl was just not there mentally and maybe stayed only a few minutes here and there. Just overall in general not good and I won't host one there again. The staff are extremely disinterested. Soda flat and no ice was available. Just a very low hype on everything and I was very, very disappointed.
