The check in process took more than the allotted half hour. It was a tedious process. Two people were working to get shirts for glow jumping and then socks, in addition to checking us in, and it seemed too much for them to handle (we were patient with them 😉). They simply seemed that maybe it was a new process and overwhelming.

The staff at check-in was kind and made it easy for all of us to check in. Everybody had a blast. The only issue was that a lot of us were jumping in the “family/toddler” area and then went somewhere else. When I (24) and the birthday girl (4) tried to go back to the toddler zone, the attendant said “sorry you can’t jump here, this is a family and toddler jump area only.” I was highly offended by this as I am a single mother. So, me and my daughter are a family. Second, my daughter is four, so as far as I know she is still a toddler.

The accessible to the unlimited drinks that’s included for the party. Hard when you have kids who’s thirsty and tired from jumping but the party room is not available until time frame. Means no drinks or a place to take a group of young kids to relax. Have to settle getting drinks from the water fountain which usually have a line. Didn’t get the t shirt or party favor too. Didn’t remember until we were home.

The jump area was so busy and not enough workers directing the kids. No rules were being followed and staff did not address the issue because they were distracted by their own friends at the park. For the price paid to have a party the only organized area was the party room.

Check in took too long

The entire staff and facility were great! However, we purchased decorations for party room and brought them in a bag. We placed them with the rest of the coats and jackets on the cart. When we went to the room, the decorations we had bought from party city were not set-up and staff did not know where they were put. This was quickly fixed but since we had already started eating before our decorations were brought into the room, we did not set them up. Second, when we gave the kids their party bags, the 30 minute jump passes were not in the bags. Staff were able to quickly resolve the issue. Maddi and Jacari were a great help and were able to provide passes for the future which was a great gesture.

There was a lack of organization at check in, there wasn't a cart with my child's name on it for her birthday party and there wasn't a bucket like the others had for jackets and items. I had to ask for the bucket and ask to get her name on her birthday cart. There wasn't enough staff to check in all the people and lack of organization. There was a young girl who experience a bloody nose, which she was bleeding pretty bad and the staff had a lack of response from the staff, luckily we had medical staff with our party that handled the situation. I poured drinks for the kids and passed out food more than I thought I would need to with having a party assistant. The pre-party communication was great but it did not quite translate that well on party day.

I don’t think the party host had proper training on been a host. I also didn’t like that we only get the party room for an hour & we didn’t have access to our room until after our allotted time slot .
