Felt a little rushed with the amount of time in the party room. There needs to be a foam area where smaller kids can just play in.

One of our kids shoes were lost. Also, we requested an adult small t shirt for my son. We got home to find he had actually received a youth small:(

Birthday party check- in of the party was a little chaotic and not really explained to attendees of the party . No one knew where to go upstairs to the party room , jump, go outside, etc, that part needed a bit more organized Birthday cake was small and FROZEN>>>>> I feel like the birhday girl/ boy should not be included in the party price that should be their personal party favor because no one really needs another plastic bracelet, tattoo, or cup

We loved everything! Caroline was fabulous! But I believe I paid for party favors the kids never got. And the birthday boy didn’t receive anything he was supposed to have, either. :(

I did not realize until we got home and unpacked at 10pm that my son the birthday boy, did not receive his SkyZone shirt. I tried to call the next day but the website stated the store was closed for the day. Not a deal breaker. We'll definitely be back. He would of really liked the shirt is all.

The chicken tenders were almost inedible. They did not look like the photo online either. Even the kids wouldn’t eat them.

We felt rushed at the end when we got to out party room. I feel like for the amount paid guest should at least get 90 minutes of party room time to match their jump time. Our host was great though!

It was easily booked and everyone was friendly.

Need more guidance before the event on when people should come in if they have already signed the wavier online. Need at least 2 systems for the event check in process just for that 20 to 30 mins

Party favors I paid extra for were nowhere to be found. Missing items when favors were “thrown” together. Party room too long. Very expensive.
