It was a little crazy watching kids between the different zones. I thought we would all be in the same area jumping. The room was a little small for all to fit.

Upon arrival, the check in process was extremely timely. I feel like there should be at least associates during this process. One, because I had a party of 28 kids and while checking in and giving the associates there name, the writing on each individual name tag I had to have my sister in law write it out just so that they wouldn't lose time to jump. When having such a big party and all the money spent I feel like there should have been at least 2-4 people to help with the party. From 430-530 we were up in the birthday party room and I felt horrible because we kept running out of drinks, and the party hostess had to keep making mulitple trips which also took up alot of our time in the room. Other than that my son absolutely had a great 8th birthday!

The staff didn't engage much as I was told they were to be. It wasn't as special as I thought a birthday party would be.

Our party host was very young and did not seem to know what she was doing... Also, I was not able to get into the party room until 25 min before my guests to help decorate. Also, the room smelled VERY bad from the people who were in the room before hand. We also did not have any of the adults do the waiver because the instructions given to us from Sky Zone said it only needed to be for people UNDER 18. When I showed the person behind the desk he just said "oh the paperwork is wrong". Had I know this, I would have had the adults also fill it out prior to the event online...

Parking lot is too small & the fact that you don't get to use Party room your entire visit..Some adults were hungry & had to wait to eat & hardly anywhere to sit on main floor even if they wanted to buy there own food..

My child was there for his birthday party and he didn’t receive his t shirt or party favor. I wasn’t aware until I got home and read my package details.

The acting manager was the issue. Everyone else was available, helpful and very courteous. We had a member of our birthday party ask if the Icee drinks were gluten-free as she gets profuse vomiting with celiac’s disease. So I asked and the kid working the concession stand didn’t know and said to ask a manager. Another worker offered to help, posed my question and proceeded to watch the Manager raise his voice, repeat it over at least three times, how stupid of a question it was and OH COURSE ICEES ARE GLUTEN FREE using plenty of body language. As a highly educated individual with three degrees including a PhD, I was not only upset, but embarrassed for your facility as we’ve hosted at least 4 parties there in the past. Additionally, I will add that gluten is added to so many things without reading a label. With having children with anaphylactic reactions from foods and another one with Celiacs who will vomit and have problems for a month consuming gluten, one, especially a ‘manager’ must learn very quickly no question is too little and we are the ones paying to come or choose to go elsewhere.

The check in process for my party was not good. The lady that was aware just checked in my 2 daughter's and then I didn't see her again until it was time to go to the party room. I had to track down someone else to finish checking in the rest of our guests. We're had no where to put the kids stuff because there was no cat ready for us. Then someone else took us to the floor and said our party host should be our in a little bit too check on us. I did not see her at all until it was time for the party room. She was very nice and helpful there, so I have no issue with her. It was just the check in process that went wrong. We've had 4-5 parties here and never had these issues before.

Our birthday party was for a 5 year old. The 1 1/2 hours of jump time was just too much time for them. I would suggest doing only an hour for younger kids.

A little disorganized at front desk. Party room too long for our older kid crowd. Overall satisfied and would do it again
