The ease of planning it and all of the fun everyone had.

The team members were very responsive. The Children had a great time. The issue we encountered was addressed by the manager in a professional manner. The only downside to Sky Zone is the cost. We were limited to a Mini-Celebration due to the costs of a 10 person birthday party.

I like the simplicity of scheduling. I enjoy the ability to use the party room. The staff is always helpful.

I think what really made our party great was the girl that you guys assigned to our party. I can't remember her name I'm sure you can find out, but anyhow if that was my employee I'd give her a raise she was exhalent helped with every aspect of my daughters party and was very see d GREAT with the kids a spcl thanks to her from the bottom of or hearts

The kids had a great time. It was easy getting in and getting birthday stuff setup . Also my son loves it !!

Friendly staff and clean facilities.

Not too crowded , staff super nice. My children absolutely loved it. Great to do on a rainy day.

I was very pleased with the number of staff on the floor assisting and watching children. With 10 children I was stressing on how I was going to be able to watch them all. Luckily they were able to all do their own thing and run around and I didn't have to worry.

The staff was very friendly. Our party person that was assigned to us was excellent! Its was a very nice place and even the other guests were so nice!

Sky Zone made planning my daughters birthday party easy. I loved that you guys provided the plates,napkins and forks. I would have loved to have been offered to have the pizza's and room at 11am instead of 11:30 only because the kids were starving by 11:30 but I also should have asked before the day of the party.
