It was a very busy Sunday with multiple birthdays going on and there were plenty of team members to help everyone. Our party hostess was very helpful with serving guests and still giving us privacy.

Fun! Great value! Staff knowledgeble and interactive.

The whole staff was friendly and handled the Saturday busy crowd really well.

The staff was friendly. The party package was easy, and child friendly. Liked that the shirts and socks were included in the glow zone package so we didn’t have to fuss with it. And also like that the cake was included in the package. Nice perk! And a pretty good sized cake!

I was pleased with how easy it was to book the party and finalize it. Our party host was excellent. Check-in was remarkably easy and organized given how busy the park was that day.

The employee who helped in the party room was extremely friendly!!!

The staff was friendly and accessible. The check in was easy for the prearranged birthday party and the food was on time. We enjoyed not having to tote in plates. cups, drinks, etc... for the party.
