Staff was friendly. I didn’t have to do much for the birthday party. Everyone had a great time.

Our host, Eli, was an amazing host. He did a great job and made the experience even more enjoyable.

Miscommunication about pizzas ordered and running out of items.

There was a check in issue, with the wavier forms, after I was told that my kids already had them filled out, so that postponed the jumping time. So the 90mins we didnt get the whole time due to that. No jumping instructions were explained. Then after waiting for the party room, and getting it all situated the party helper didnt ask if there was anything I needed and I had to keep looking for them leaving the party everytime I needed something which held up the party. Then a guest brought a birthday gift that was placed next to my party cart, due to an overload of gifts and shoe, but when it was time to take the cart to the room, the gift got missed place and nowhere to be found. Either it got put with someone elses party cart or it was taken. So the whole cart thing leaving it out in the open right next to the door is a very bad idea. Should have been behind the desk especially since it was so long before taking it to a room where it would have been secured.

Assistant GM was very knowledgeable and helpful. She made sure that we were taken care of.

Alot of older kids jumping. And no where toddlers can jump.

I loved it! The team members where amazing!!! But the room was very cold. Very very cold. And there was no music. Random kids kept coming to the back and I know for a fact someone not in my party stole some pizza... so we are a bit upset but the team members where great you have an amazing team.

Enjoyed the party event. Will come back especially for glow jump

Upon arriving for our party, we were told we could put our items on a cart and it would be wheeled into our room later. So that is what all the kids in our party did. However, when we got to our room presents were missing off of our cart and we had clothing and shoes on our cart that were not ours. We ended up finding the presents in the next party room.

Check in was long. It was end of the night no one provided me with receipt or completion of party information. I had to ask some one before I left is that it are we all squared away. The person was like yes so I left.
