The experience was great. The kids had a great time. The staff was great. The only problem was kids were very rowdy waiting for their turn to jump and one of the children and our party got trampled over. But the manager was very helpful

All that was included in the birthday package left little to no work for me to do. The new area (I think it is called warrior zone) was a huge hit with all the kids at the party. The employee in charge of our party was amazing.

Team members were very easy to work with and very helpful. There are enough areas to keep the kids busy. The party room was a nice venue.

The place was very clean and appropriate for younger kids. They do a very good job separating the younger kids from the older kids to keep everyone safe. The party room was perfect. Kids weren’t cramped. We received enough food for everyone and had some extra room so they could open gifts.

Fun for all ages. The venue was very clean. Our assistant in the party room was so kind and friendly.

Staff was friendly and competent. My daughter & her friends had a blast!!

The staff was very attentive and found me throughout the whole park. The check in was nice since they gave us totes to put all of our stuff in.

The only problem is the party room. Parties should be given access sooner. And all my kids were very thirsty from jumping but had to wait for our drinks. Also the party ahead of us took very long to leave.

Wish there were more areas for toddler play and small children.
