It was a little confusing after arriving for our party on when/where the kids were to go. The rules were never explained to anyone in our party. We kept track of the time ourselves to make sure we followed the jump time and party room times we were given. I hope we followed the rules and guest expectations but I'm not sure since it wasn't really explained to us. Other that that our visit was amazing and I was so pleases with our kind and patient the staff was with our nonverbal severely autistic son

We had a great experience until we were eating our pizza at our mini celebration and a team member asked us to move because she wanted to put another party where we were. We explained that a team member put us there and she just replied, "Oh, well we can find you a different room." So, as unwelcome as we felt, we just packed up and took our cake to go. We would have liked to be able to relax after an hour of jumping, but apparently our presence was interfering with this team member's plans.

The Covid restrictions on allowing the staff to assist in the birthday party room made it less seem less this year. It out burden in me and the moms attending that I had not anticipated.

Basic small things could be adjusted. Pizza wasn't the best. Wait time at concessions. Certain jump areas closed.

Guest need to arrive 30 before there jump time. All of the guests for the party were not happy to stand around for 30 mins and wait til they could jump. I dont feel guest need to get there 30 mins before unless they need to fill out weaver.

I feel that the birthday party packages are expensive for the number of jumpers allowed and the time in the party room, although I am very satisfied with the team members and the quality of the food and beverages. It would help if we had access to the party room and the beverages for the duration of the party time (jump time and party time) so that parents had a place to talk and keep more valuable belongings and kids had a central place to rest and take breaks.

very expensive for a birthday party. limitations should be held on how many people or birthday parties there are in a given amount of time so it doesn't get too crowded.

My child guest was burned by the lighter by the sky zone employee during the birthday party. No compensation was offered to the family and the child had a visible welt on her arm from the burn.

It was a great time for my daughters birthday party as usual. There wasn't always somewhere for me to sit while the kids were jumping. And some of the kids had already left before we remembered the party favors.

The floors in the entrance and in the party room were sticky. The kids wanted to to the Nina jump and we had to wait each time for someone to open it. Also the swing we had to wait for as well. The party’s should be a full 2 hr jump
