The mandatory jump times no option to jump more after. The mandatory party room time no where to sit had babies in a stroller in the way. The seating before the party room was available. Food brought at concession took way to long. Nothing to drink while jumping had to but water when party was already paid with drinks.

A junior high boy with corn rows in a Nike shirt bullied my son and his friend on the beam where 2 people try to knock each other off. He kept standing in the foam or on the center of the beam and would not move. One of my son's friends got sick of waiting and got on the beam and got hit in the face by the kid twice his size and another friend's Mom called today and said hers was hit in the head and felt light headed. Sadly he did not complain to me. I saw him hit the one boy in the face and another kid not in my party. By the time I got someone's attention the kid moved on. That area needs a worker watching or it should be closed. I have no authority to kick someone out of an area when they act like that. I never saw a parent anywhere near the junior high kid. Hopefully parents are not dropping off kids and leaving.

A couple of my younger kids got hurt do to another Birthday Party group of older kids constantly running through the party room zone.

The team did a great job with the party - all the kids had fun, all went well. My only comment is the price to upgrade to Ultimate Dodgeball seems unreasonable. I would have loved to use that private backcourt if it were a $20 or $30 upgrade. All you need is 1 employee getting paid maybe $10/ hr for 90 minutes to man it so not sure why it’s over $100 more.

Ordered extra food for birthday party, pretzel bites and cheese. Cheese was not warm, and it was hard. When pretzels FINALLY arrived they were cold. Had to go get someone to get refills for unlimited pop, person in charge or party was not in room. Then had to leave to get someone, to get the girl to get more drinks. I didn't like that you don't get the room for the whole time of party, only last hour. Had 10 thirsty kids and no drinks, for 90 minutes. Asked for room early.

Over all a good experience. Cleanliness is something that needs to be addressed at Toledo. Also, there were many parties and not enough staff for all areas to be opened, needs more staff!

No explanation or tour of area given upon check in. Rules were not explained to kids. Kids did not like taste of pizza

Not enough time to eat, do cake and open presents. We run out of time in the end.
