Very unorganized Saturday morning check in for my scheduled birthday party. Too many party carts crammed in one small area. Check in counter congested with party check ins. Hard to corral arriving guests and their parents due to your system.

We had one hostess and 15 children so he could have used more help. I didn’t mind helping but just him getting beverages took a long time since we kept running out of beverages because the pitchers were small.

I wasn't a fan of the layout of the park. It would have been if our host would have gathered the party and told them the park rules. Announcing when your party room was ready would be a nice touch.

My son was really looking forward to trying the warp wall and it was never opened up the entire night. When he asked about it, a tram member told him there weren't enough people interested. Unfortunately since it was chained off, nobody knew to get in line for it.

In the Birthday room, our assigned helper started slowly serving pizza individually to kids before cups and drinks were available. We were a 1-1 ratio kids/adults. Who would have been very capable of buffet style pizza, and it would have been more efficient to the time constraint of one hour in the room to eat and open presents. After 1.5 hours of exercise, and just in general beverages should have been served first. And cups weren’t even available for adults to help. He was quiet, moved very slowly, and in my opinion was not a good choice for party room service. The kids all enjoyed themselves and that is what mattered most. The birthday girl had a blast. Bathroom was messy/dirty. Not enough Staff working to properly monitor each area and ensure 1 jumper at a time. I found myself policing kids and having them take turns and remind 1 at a time. Warped wall not open for 2nd time in a row during our allowed jump time.

I was not aware when booking the party that we only had 1 hour in party room. Party started at 4 and planner was not there until 430. Room was dirty.

We had to put all our own plates, napkins, table clothes, and Birthday sign up. We also had to put a few cake decorations on the ice cream cake. This all happened 10 minutes prior to the jump time ending and time for the party room. I was told by an employee that it wasn’t their job to to it. My husband and I had to leave all the 6 year olds jumping unsupervised to set up!! We spoke with a manager and she tried to make things right.

First when I went to book the party for 3 straight days your system was down so I could not book the party. I talked to several different employees all told me to book online but the time I wanted was not an option online because they didn’t update to summer hours. Then when I got my call 2 days before I made known that I would be transporting most of the children myself and what would i need to check in and I wasn’t told anything about that you’d updated the waivers so people who had been there in the pastels wouldn’t be available, that was a surprise at checkin while standing there with 8 kids. The party went well (the party room floor clearly hadn’t been cleaned, candy and fruit snacks on the floor). Our host was very nice and helpful and was the only way we managed 20 kids so well.
