It was clear that the attendant monitoring the dodgeball area had friends who wanted to play, which consequently held my younger son and other young children back from playing. When I addressed the issue with him, he showed very little respect when responding to me, basically keeping his back turned to me and shrugging me off. The unprofessionalism and lack of maturity and respect we're beyond disappointing. I get some of the older boys there clearly spend a lot of time there, but it doesn't make the other, younger children less important. Maybe a little more stress on the value of showing respect to all, as well as the importance of customer service. Other than that, management and the rest of the staff were wonderful!

The staffing seemed to be all teenagers. No adults. Checkin was okay. 1st time there and holding a party and staff were not clear on exactly how it would work. Didnt know at a certain time the kids just go do whatever for an hour n a half. No where for adults to sit and watch. I wish the adults could've utilized party room during jump time. We did not meet the host until time to serve pizza. Overall, a good experience just confusing and uneasy about the beginning process. The cake was great. A little pricey but I wasnt nicked and dimed throughout the process like I have been other places.

I paid for the kids to jump from 8-10pm and they were kicked out at 930pm because we did not notice some of their stickers said 930pm others said 10pm. By that time it was too late to be able to do anything about it!

Bad communication by workers, age varied in kids, kept sending us to different spots to jump as group. Then would get sent to different spot from that employee. They didn't communicate and had to keep moving to jump.

I feel the Birthday rooms on the first floor were extremely loud and echoed everything to the point that it gave me a headache. Kids can be loud and this room amplified it so much that I think our hearing could be affected.

This was my first visit to Sky Zone. I had no idea what I was walking into. The staff at the front counter was very inattentive and didn't offer much help. I had no clue what the agenda of the party was, and no one greeted me with instructions or assistance. I felt that this was extremely unorganized and it was basically a free-for-all.

I had called about a missing item (we were missing a gift that was brought to party in a clear plastic bag) and was told I would get a call back after the staff checked our party room. I never heard from anyone at the facility. I paid around 500 for a birthday party and expected to at the bare minimum to get a response back.

My birthday party was scheduled until 8pm on a Friday night, the lights went out in our party room at 7:50pm. Our assistant said "sorry the lights just go out at 8pm we can't control them". I had guests trying to pack up to leave in the dark, very unsafe. About 7:58p the lights were turned back on for us.

The pizza taste horrible and over priced

The overall experience was amazing. Everything was taken care of and most importantly my 6 year old had an amazing time with his friends for his birthday. Thank you so much!
