Staff seemed very unorganized. We had to wait for a staff member who knew what they were doing to even check us in. Our host Cody was perfect. He was helpful and courteous but other staff members were socializing loudly and cursing during our party room time. Again, our host Cody did an excellent job.

The park was extremely busy on Sunday and I felt that there were a lot of distractions for the employees due to the amount of jumpers. The jumpers were primarily located in the foam zone and dodge ball.

Booked birthday party. Picked up Invites wrote down details and when the day before the event my time I told all the kids to show up to register was actually when our jump time started. We lost time that was paid to jump. There was really nothing that could be done at that point. It was the day before. The attendant for our party did not decorate the room like I was told they would do. All of our pop was flat and tasted gross. There was nothing in room to cut cake with. Attendant was out of room more than in the room. Me and my mom basically ran the party and served the kids. I paid to have this all done. WS not happy and will not book another party i due to that fact
