I brought a balloon arrangement that was dropped off at the front and put in the office. It was suppose to be set up in the party room and it wasn’t. I had so much going on that I only remembered when we were leaving and they were sitting in the office. Very disappointed they weren’t set up for my daughter’s party.

I would have preferred to be able to bring my own food. I found that the extras available to purchase (fruit and veg trays) were overpriced, and not enough pizza was provided. I found the facility to be extremely noisy and overcrowded (note the party was held on a rainy day, which may have contributed). Otherwise everything was good

The only hiccup was that I had sent the birthday party jumpers list and it was not acknowledged in a timely fashion so we had to scramble the day of the party to get kids waivers

Overall experience is good. It will be better if the host/guests have access to the party room before the allowed time to setup. Plus the end time seemed so rushed.

The place was too busy. The party room was available only after the jump so we need to carry all the gifts in a big bag all over the place for 1 hour! They forgot to give us the birthday boy crown as promised and we received it when we asked. And that was already after we cut the cake!

Expensive

Birthday host had to be reminded to do certain things. Chips and snacks weren’t ready and water wasn’t in the room when we arrived. Kids were very thirsty after jumping.

Lacks service to kids while eating

I honestly don’t feel like an hour is a long enough jump time, especially for the price that I paid.

For the price of the party the kids and I were dissapointed that the kids couldn't jump after the party room. Also the rush to eat and get out of the room. They're small and some can't eat fast.
