Jackson was so helpful and very attentive to what the kids were doing and to what the kids wanted to do during the party. He kept me informed on where the kids are and where they are goi g to be. Great job Jackson.

Ur team member Jackson hosted my sons party very well. He made the kids enjoy the party better by providing great assistance to them and keeping them well involved in the facilities diff spaces to have fun. I was very pleased with his performance as a leader for the kids. We wish we could had had the party room a bit longer than 40 minutes. Overall, my son had a great time with his friends at skyzone and that’s all that matters. Thank you again Jackson

During booking we had a "misquote" that was rectified quickly and satisfactorily by the manager - well done. Our designated party host, Jackson, at Leaside Toronto skyzone was excellent -- very personable, helpful, polite, and did above and beyond to ensure a great experience by our son and his friends on our son's birthday. Give Jackson a big raise or promotion!!

The party was amazing - staff was great too but i would suggest having a check in area for guests to wait prior to starting - i found it hard to keep the 30 kids together without having a specific bench etc before th party started. The Vaughan center assigns a searing stand and a cart to keep presents etc before the party starts which is very helpful.

I Was very impressed with the hard work girl who assisted us during arrival , setting the party table and cleaning up, she was amazing. From purchase till check out, everyone was very helpful .
