My son is a regular at this park and is known by most staff. They are very friendly with him and treat him well. This is one of the main reasons we enjoy Skyzone. I also feel it is a safe environment to leave him for a couple of hours. The poor experience we had at his birthday was a negative interaction he had with an employee on TWO occasions that evening. I only found out after I left. My son has since returned and tells me they are "cool" now!

First time booking a birthday party at Skyzone. Communication was great as well as the service. No real complaint except maybe a bit more time in the party room when booking a birthday party.

The kids had a great time and the staff was very friendly and helpful! I wish we could have spent 10 min less in the party room and use them jumping instead.

Hamna our party host was great! She helped make the party smooth and helped us have a space for our toddlers to jump and feel safe.
