The experience from booking, planning, arrival, jumping and party room were all excellent. Your team was fantastic! Our host (Hamna) was so helpful, and our monitor (Fatima) was great as 10 of our 12 kids were 6 and 7 years old and needed the monitoring. We were happy to have access to the dodgeball room - the kids all had a blast! My husband and I appreciated the well managed process and all the support we received from Hamna in the party room. We were very happy.

The check-in attendants were fantastic. Our host (Renna) was absolutely amazing and provided us with everything we needed. She went above and beyond what was expected and we would love to have her as a host again should we be back for another party.

Excellent Communication and friendly, knowledgeable staff. Great activities available and even on a Saturday the lines were not too long.

We were at the Skyzone for my daughters birthday party on Saturday morning. The group was 11 & 12 years olds, there were 8 children in total. Common commentary from the kids was that they were questioned by staff about their ages. I was present when the staff at the dodge ball questioned the group at another point in their jumping time. Not sure why they would think these kids are lying- yes, based on height some look older than others. But I found the judging questioning very rude. The group also asked if they could use a dodgeball court for themselves and were declined. They were then put in with another group of kids who were much smaller in size. So if the goal is to keep kids together in appropriate age categories this was a fail.
