My kids love there

I had a great host that assisted us throughout our party. Also, I jumped with my son and his friends, and we had a blast.

Helper in party room was excellent. Very attentive, helpful, friendly.

There were flies in the party room Pizza order was incorrect, but resolved The party seems high priced

The only issue I had was the baby high chairs were given to me dirty that’s all I cleaned them my self.

I hosted a birthday party for my daughter. The young woman that was our hostess was amazing, I believe her name was Rena, although I may have that wrong. She was professional and courteous. The issue I had was with respect to storing the presents our guests brought. I had no idea I wouldn't be able to store these on arrival. I was the only adult at the party, and the only options given to the me were to store the gift in my car, carry them in a clear plastic bag, or to store them in the open lockers at the entrance. All of these were unsatisfactory to me. I ended up camping out at a table because the presents were to heavy and bulky to drag around. I missed out on watching my daughter and her friends jump because I couldn't manage dragging the presents around. I was really sad about this. It seems that Skyzone parties are set up to usher people in and out, and don't really care to provide an option for the presents to be stored until the party room is available. Had I understood this, I would have invited another parent to help out, so I could at least enjoy watching my child enjoy her party. Besides this everything else met my expectations.

The parking is horrible. And although election incs is the way to go for somethings like a party paper waiver should be an options.

With little kids, it was hard to have them just milling about in the beginning. People came early as requested on the invitation but it was too much time. They could have arrived 5 min before and been set up. As well, we didn't have the party room at the beginning which would have been helpful to drop off our items and get water to the kids. Otherwise, everything was great but I would recommend lessening the time before the actual party start time.

The birthday party room wasn't fully cleaned when we came in. There were still some food/drinks/party accessories from the previous party left over. The sign outside the party room to show who's party it is wasn't updated.

More time to jump after the party would have been perfect. Also, access to the room before the party would have been helpful.
