Our birthday party host (Kat) was absolutely lovely. She really wanted to be sure we had a good experience and we did!

Kids had a good time. Help from Skyzone staff was good. Price was reasonable for the time and effort behind the party.

The service provided for a birthday party was good. I would extend the party room time and the feasibility to bring outside food.

1) it was a bit overwhelming to check in. i had a bunch of kids with me and all their parents told me they had completed their waivers online before and yet when i got here i was told half of them hadn't. that was my 20 minutes to say hi to parents and instead i spent the entire time stressed out filling out waivers for all these kids. could have really used some help/would have appreciated if a staff member could have done that so i could have actually hosted/said hi to parents while they were there. 2) the bathroom was gross. very dirty and there was blood in the toilet and on the ground. 3) the pizza was 30-40 mins late and it was impossible to get an accurate update. kids were getting hungry and all complaining to me/asking me when pizza would be ready. 4) while i generally like the woman who assisted the whole time. she kind of ruined it at the end when she said "is she your daughter?" and i said yes and she seem surprised. i wouldn't expect a diverse city like Everett to question a white mother and brown/biracial child. very rude/unnecessary to ask - i mean what if i had adopted? and we actually look a lot alike but i found her question immature/rude and i was disappointed

The price for 12 kids for a birthday party was very expensive. I think jump time for a party should be longer.

Staff was really efficient and helpful. Time distribution between jumping and party room was great. Kids love the party and they cannot stop talking about it.
