We were highly dissatisfied with the equipment because of the sharp fence by the monkey bars and the warped wall. The back of my right arm was cut and bleeding when I tried to take videos and some pictures of the boys.

The allowed time at the party room was extremely short, making us feel rushed.

I was completely satisfied

Check in was a little unorganized. Wish someone told me what was going to happen, what I needed to do, what parent coming in needed to do. Also, for the price we paid we should have a full hour. Rules should be done before the jump time starts. Especially when we are paying so much money to have a private jump area. Everything should be explained then wall over then start your time upon jumping. Also, younshould be told before hand you can use the other areas so kids can be told. The part packages changed more than a week before hand. I wish someone told me and I should have had the option to change to the newer packages. Honestly $500 for an hour of jump time and 3 pizzas, drinks, and a cake is crazy. I think 1.5 hours is more realistic.

When I reserved a birthday party time slot, I was anticipating a private area for the toddlers in my party (there were only 4 of them, all under age 4) to be able to jump, but initially we were brought to the open area where they had to wait in line to take turns jumping on individual trampolines. When I asked the young woman (Kat) in charge of our party if there was someplace the kids could just go and jump together (as opposed to using the foam pit/basketball area, etc.) she was very accommodating and opened the private area in the back for us. We were allowed to use that area until she left to go set up our room, at which time we moved to the toddler court. The toddler area was crowded and had we been required to jump there the entire time, instead of in the separate, private space, I would have definitely been dissatisfied with that after paying for a party. However, the young woman in charge of our party was extremely nice, friendly, and helpful. She interacted with the kids, she accommodated my request, and was generally wonderful.

There was some confusion with the court attendant about the children using the other areas other than just the private court. She thought they had to stay on the private court the whole time which was not what I was told.

The extra shirts I bought as souvenirs for the kids were ALL the same size. Also they told me that I could only pay for the ones actually used and return any unneeded ones...I just got the final bill with alll the shirts included even though there were 3 extra, same thing for the adult beverages. Also the room wasn’t set up when it was time to Bring the kids in. But that’s ok because they got to jump a little bit while it was set up. But overall the kids had lots of fun.

In the package I purchased we were given a fruit tray and a veggie tray. It was brought to our attention 20 minutes into the party room session they were not there and were re-ordered after I asked to credit it. The food trays were delivered with 10 mins left of the party and were not eaten so it was a complete waste. I would have preferred being asked to re-order or cancel and I would have preferred a refund as the food was wasted.

Just thought it was extremely expensive!! Ended up costing me 500 at the end if the night for 13 kids and they didn't even give me extra pizza for the extra add on child. Also, the party room felt rushed and not enough help. I was very sad I did not get a picture with all of the kids!!! Other places take time and get the kids together so parents have a chance to take photos of the party!
