The staff listened to my needs. They were flexible with policies and strived hard to make my experience a great one.

The staff made my sons party fun, easy and running smoothly. My daughter got hurt and the staff was extremely attentive, cautious and accommodating. We were VERY pleased with our experience.

We were greeted by the staff and everything was great from the beginning. When the nerf wars guns jammed, the staff fixed them and ultimately provided another activity to keep everyone happy. The party was easy and FUN! The staff was excellent!!

Birthday was easy to book. Everyone had a lot of fun. We got appropriate assistance pizza and cake were awesome.

The team members were friendly courteous smiling and super helpful. They were great with the kids. We had 19 kids and not one issue. Multiple people contacted me afterwards to say what a great time they had. Thank you.

From the day we booked our event with Kari she was excellent! She was very responsive to all of our questions and helped us with planning of our Event too! She was great ever step of the way leading up to the event. When it was time for the event her staff was ready and did an amazing job taking care of us and all of our guest! Thank you to Kari and the entire Sky Zone Team for an amazing day that our Family will not forget!
