Our party host was amazing and truly saved the overall party experience. Communication for booking and prior to the party was awful. The staff just called to "check" it off their to do list. I would NOT recommend this to a friend or family member, for the amount I paid I expected better service.

I was satisfied with the facility.. Wish there was more to have the party do things together like maybe some kinds of games ect.

It was explained as to where to go after our designated party room. Also the website says an hour in your Sky Wars party but we only received 45. Either the staff are incorrect or the website is.

I was highly satisfied with Sky Zone because the team was very helpful and welcoming during the check-in process. Once we arrived in the party room they were on point. Although we felt a bit rushed because the food didn’t arrive on time.

During our party I felt very stressed trying to keep track of all the children in the party.

Check in area was chaotic. Not a lot of space for parents to watch jumpers without being in the way or run over. Long line for the computers to sign waivers.

Everything was good. It was very crowded but it was well managed
