It was nice to have others help host the birthday party It was less work for myself

There were issues during check in. The Supervisor who was directing people, was causing confusion as the staff member (Kat) was having to move from computer to computer to check people in. The Supervisor was not very friendly. I felt bad for Kat who was trying her best to check me and others in. I called a day in advance I asked if I needed a lighter for the candles and I was told I did not. However, when it was time to light the candles they did not have a lighter. I had to go and ask another customer for a lighter. It was very embarrassing! The party room was extremely hot. It felt like we were in an oven. The Kat turned on a stationary fan but it wasn't enough. Everyone was hot and sweaty from jumping and then had to sit in a hot room. That was not okay! The temperature in that room should have been a lot cooler to cool everyone down so they could enjoy the party. I really enjoyed the Party host Kat. She was very friendly and pleasant.

Price is high for party

The pizza was raw and some of my guest threw up after and also the party host long hair was dragging on my cake that's gross

I expected the party host to be more engaging during the time in the party room. I, the parent of the child with the birthday, brought my own decorations for the party room; thankfully I did because the very limited decorations Skyzone provides is not realistic. It took me the whole hour to decorate to give a colorful and cheerful (party looking) atmosphere while my son was jumping, so I didn't get to experience seeing my son jump with his friends. During the party, the host just served the food and drinks; they were not engaging with the kids like I thought they would be. Is sum, there really is no need for a Skyzone party host. Families can just order their food in advance like they do, order more if they need to, and host their own parties.

Outside of the lack of enthusiasm my party host had while in the party room, but that was my assumption that the host would be actually hosting and interacting with the kids while in the room. My daughter didn’t receive a shout out over the loud speaker wishing her a happy birthday either. Outside of that my birthday girl said her party was perfect and i was happy as long as she was happy.

The jump time for the party was very short. This time did not compare with price of admission. Pizza was gross!

We were not able to add pizza on the day of because they ran out. I don’t go there often and I wasn’t aware people had to sign in first. I would have preplanned for that.

Not all team members were helpful. There was a group standing all just talking to each other and not attending guest. Host was very good and helpful but was help many people at the same time

Foams stinks, and lots of socks were left from orher visitors, You should clean the foams if much as possible everyday because it really stinks
