Staff was exceptional!!!

After we ate pizza and cake for my son’s birthday party there was about 20 minutes left before the parents were to arrive I thought that the kids would be able to go out and jump for the last 20 minutes or however we were told that we were unable to so I guess just for the price it would’ve been nice to let them go out and burn that last 20 minutes worth of energy before parents arrived to pick up the children

There was a time difference between when I was initially told that we could enter the party room and when we were actually able to enter the party room. I was also either misinformed or confused on the actual start time of the party. I’m not in any way dissatisfied with the experience as everyone had fun, the kids had plenty of time to jump prior to entering the party room and everyone left happy. In the future I’ll be more diligent in keeping notes on the above mentioned issues to avoid any confusion on my part.

The party rooms should be better stocked had to ask for extra cups so that adults could have a drink. Have a marker in the room to write names on cups for little kids.

The price is vary high. I wish there was an option to only have 60min jumps for little kids and that way it can lower the price a bit. And threw no fault of the employee helper there were no candles in the Birthday room or the surrounding birthday rooms, she checked. But other than that we all had a great time :)

Hosting a kid party at this location was too hard because I couldn’t have my eyes on all the kids! Everything is so closed off unlike the layout at flying squirrel

There wasn't enough time for the party room...45 mins wasn't enough for us. The room where the nerf guns were....well there weren't any bullets for the guns and nobody assisted the kids when I asked for assistance. Considering that I have to pay an extra $5 per child. They took the fee off only because I complained.

The staff was great especially Taylor, the kids had fun but the pizza is not really that great and we bought 12 pizzas for a group outing. That is something that needs to be improved:) Fun Evening has by all:)

The party host was awesome and the kids did have a good time in the facility I myself just feel it's a little pricey.

For the price per child it would be appreciated to be able to bring in some additional snacks without paying the inflated price at skyzone. I observed other families bringing in cases of pop and chips and seemed to not be addressed. The birthday party room we were in was full of ants. The only response I got from the attendant was “I’ll tell maintenance”, but no attempt to clean the bugs.
