Well, you only take credit card or cash for a deposit. Visa debit or etransfer would be more convenient for those without a credit card. The girl who hosted was not assertive enough and would keep asking me if I’d prefer to do things. The tarp for the warrior course was ripped and had to be closed twice.

Cost of the party was much more then the previous party I had there. Nothing has changed. Pizza is still from Boston Pizza, so overpriced and complete garbage. No outside food or drinks allowed in. Maybe just allow anything non nut if you’re worried.

As part of the party package we should be able to keep all socks for all party member whether or not our guest had brought their own.

You need to explain to people when they book a party that they do not have access to the party room at all until the 40 minute time slot for food. This isn’t common, I have had jump parties with 3 other companies and we have had a place with water and tables every time. This needs to be understood prior to booking because it lowers the value of the pricing. We could have brought the kids there and purchased concession food for less money and a similar experience.

I booked a party online, and didnt receive a call to confirm. I had to contact the park to confirm and clarify things. No link sent for invites until I questioned it, it was then too late. I was told that NO outside food or drink could be brought in, yet there were parties all around us with cases of water and bags of chips that they brought in. For the amount if money spent, it was not worth it. I will never book another party here. Out party leader was fabulous though!

Young children from my group were bullied (physically/ verbally) by an older guest who was not associated with our birthday party. Verbal warning from Sky Zone attendant did not resolve the situation. I wish you had more employees like Bianca. She is the only reason that I decided to take this survey.

It was expensive for a birthday party and i think i should have been able to bring in a bag of chips for that price. I had to keep asking for pitchers of water and drinks in the room. This should have been available without even asking in my opinion.. 6 years olds get thirsty.

Extremely busy, kids got hurt in dodgeball with balls to the face.

Loved that it was a one stop shop; invitations, food, plates, cups, napkins, party host, etc. however it is very expensive. Memorable but comes with a big price tag.

We had a birthday. I feel (as did everyone in my group) that 40 minutes is not enough time. The girls were lovely who helped us but we were extremely rushed through eating pizza and cake. Way way to rushed. 1 hour would be much better. No reason to rush a group out after spending a lot of money at your facility.
