The bathrooms were very dirty, we had to clean the party room from the last party there.

Ordered veggies tray, fruit tray, loot bags for party. But these apparently were not marked down and were not ready for party, had to wait a while for loot bags to be made.

Crowed entrance, and how to check in was unclear. Many sky zone employees standing around not helping and not clear when answering questions. Felt as though you should already know the answer to what it is you were asking, ie. how to check in, or something as simple as what to do. I had more than 11 guests with me and not one employee stepped up to assist in getting us ready to jump or help direct us. The actual facility itself is amazing and everyone had a great time, just a lot of confusion when checking in and a very crowded entrance. Not sure if it’s because we had never been before, but I just think that sky zone employees should be treating everyone as if they’ve never been before.
