When we showed up there was no one at front desk for an awkward amount of time. I had to get someone and ask for assistance. There should have been better structure (like someone holding a sign even) as to where to check in and for who’s party and to show people what room it was in. Besides that EVERYTHING was great. Brandon our host was so helpful and prompt with everything we needed. Went so smoothly after check in.

Jay-jay was awesome! Our little girls birthday was perfect! All ages had a blast!

Sophia was a great party hostess. She served all the kids pizza and cake and watched them jump around when a few of the children asked her to watch. She is a great asset to skyzone!

The host was a good sport in his costume and was hands on with our party. He went at our pace and handled everything very well. I appreciate skyline taking care of so much for the party

party went very well, all the kids enjoyed it and thankfully no injuries. The only issue we had was the Nurf Guns kept giving us issues

Staff was great I thought the price per person and what cane with the package was very fair. Was easy for me to book and preplan the party/ (get in early to set up.

Our host/server was Sophia and she was amazing. She was on the ball with everything. She was helpful, hospitable and made the whole experience smooth. We will definitely rebook. Thanks for a wonderful party.
