Taylor was our party host, she was extremely attentive, friendly and hard working. This was at the St.Catharines location. For me it’s the people that make a place. And she was awesome!

Emily our party attendant was beyond amazing. She was so sweet with our daughter, helped her through the warrior course very patiently and set up the room so we could watch your daughter enjoy her party.

We had Allison as our host and she was AMAZING - made everything smooth and stress free and she was very friendly. Only negative thing is the price for parties - huge cost that many others we would refer could not afford.

The girl that assisted us with the party was available and super organized. She assisted the children with breaks and drinks which I really appreciated. The party seemed super organized and right on time. The only drawback is the price is a bit high

Birthday Host was amazing (Bianca), everyone was helpful, kids had loads of fun and there is plenty of things for the kids to do!

It was my son cruz’s 8th birthday party. I felt at ease knowing everything was pretty much organized and taken care of prior to as well as the day of the party. I do think time in the party room should be about 45-50 mins but I honestly can say it was very organized and great loved how there were lots of employees to watch over the jumpers for safety and no rough housing. Nick was our team member who was with us throughout the party and he was great with the boys.

Other than I experienced difficulties booking on line and the price was higher than on line. I was extremely satisfied because everyone enjoyed the experience and there was no problems of any sort experienced.

Our host Karolina was excellent! She was very attentive and followed up with us after each task was completed. She was extremely organized and ran the party on schedule. Great job Karolina! Elodie had a great party thanks to your great customer service!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Party host did everything for the party. Monitors interacted with the kids. It was a blast!!
