I did not comment on the good because we did not purchase food from you. This was not a birthday party, it was an end of the year party for Girl Guides and we brought in our own light snack as we could not afford to purchase pizza from you guys. Girl Guides does not have a lot of money and we reply upon our cookie sales and that why how we could afford to come for the jump; no money for food.

Katie was our sky zone hostess, she was not only amazing with the kids, she was extremely competent, fast and efficient. There was an issue with my online booking for the room that we had picked, but within 10 minutes of knowing the issue, it was resolved for us. I am very impressed with the service that Katie provided, and if we were to book another birthday party there in the future, I would ask for Katie to be our hostess.

Our birthday party host Shannon was AMAZING! She was kind and helpful. She was the best host we have ever had. The was the best experience we have ever had with a birthday party. Thank you! We can’t thank Shannon enough.

The ease of booking the party in line . The check in was on time and very efficient ! Jessica was the one who checked us in . Cameron was our host! He was exceptional and was always checking in to ensure we were satisfied he would rate a10!!!!!

Our staff member who assisted with the party was phenomenal! She even carried the cake to my daughter when they sang Happy Birthday so I could take pictures/videos Amazing!

The kids had a great time. This is my kids favourite place and first choice for his birthday party! The staff is great there. Our host was Brett. Great guy and the kids had a blast with him! Give that boy a raise!!

We had a terrific hostess named Alanna. Shanon was also terrific at the check-in desk. The park was not busy when we arrived for a 4 pm start, so we had a sense that we had the whole place to ourselves.

It was a great experience , the kids loved it , I loved how you had a hostess which she did all the work she was great , I will definitely book another party !
