The prices of the party was highly high but other than that was a great experience

IT WAS EASY. I would like the price to be a little lower, but it made the party planning easier.

Great friendly staff

The variety of activities was excellent, the ease of check in, the attentiveness of the staff assigned to us was on point. Loved the adult lounge. Everything was quick and organized and clean.

Checkout took a long time. Only 1 register worked so I had to wait on someone checking in. It was shoes and jackets spread all over the bench areas by party check in.

I called to book my party over 20 times over 2 days to get someone to answer the phone. When someone did answer, she laughed the entire time we were talking. I felt she laughed because she recognized my number had called so many times.

Booking the party was awful. I called the local sky zone who transferred me to the party planners and it took a days to get in touch with them. I had to push my party back a week because no one would answer. I went to the local sky zone and they said they couldn’t book the party there it had to be over the phone. Super inconvenient!!!

I feel the time for the jump-game package should be at least 3 hours. 2 hours of jump time + 1 hour of gaming. We felt rushed trying to get it all in in 2 hours. Especially for the amount of money you pay.
