The expectations on food served need to be better. I am an Executive chef so their are so much more we can do for the kids other than pizzas. I think it would be a nicer experience if my party room was not switched about 3 times where we ended up in room 1 which the kids felt was too enclosed and away from the experience.

Ordered sausage pizza and Sprite. Got pepperoni pizza and coke.

The wait time to get in the party room. I told we could enter 15min before party time but instead I was setting up the room during my party. This was unacceptable. Also although I ordered my food together it didn’t come out together so I had guests waiting to eat.

No overview was given of all of the areas/activities of the park. That would have been good to know as this was our first party at Sky Zone.

We were rushed from the party room at the end due to another party. Had I known we had to be out the room right at 4:30, we would have cut the cake and finished everything before we let the kids go jump after they ate the pizza. My son could not open his gifts at the party because of the time and I was not happy about that. I was told there was another party at 5:00 pm for that room and they needed to have time to clean up the area. My host was very nice and professional but that is my only gripe other than Skyzone needs to offer wings on their menus.

I was satisfied in all categories.

Girl fell during visit and needed ice. Staff members were unprepared to have ice on hand and took and extremely long time in retrieving ice (I had to ask multiple times and ask teen again if he was getting ice). If real emergency, how well are they Trained? I would think ice is commonly needed at this place.
