It was a great experience and the staff was helpful. The pizza was great and all the children had a great time.

The birthday party experience was great and Allegra was an excellent party host.

There were staff members who were very friendly and helpful. For one, there was an African-American male staff member who helped me with check in, and personally, check in could be the most stressful. Thanks to him, it was not. There was also this female server named Emelia who, even though her knee was hurting, she still managed to serve us cheerfully and made the birthday just *that* much better. Overall the staff was fun and charismatic.

In the Party Zone room, I wish there was water and cups available to the children during their hour of jumping prior to the 40 minutes in the party room. Many children were thirsty but no water fountains were available. This way the children would have something to drink. My suggestion.

The birthday attendants were amazing! They were very attentive, got us everything we needed in a timely manner and helped keep the birthday on track. Can’t remember their names but they were awesome.

The kids had a blast! Great variety of exercises and activities, especially for my athletic kids!

Attentive staff. Not over crowded. Reasonable prices at concession stand. Easy to register on the spot.

All of the team members were excellent, and very accommodating. We had people monitor our private jump area which helped to keep the party more private. We never needed for anything because the team members were so excellent

It was extremely nice to have someone else worry about time spent there and I could relax and have fun as well. The team members ensured that the party was ran effectively and managed to complete everything within the time we had. The best part is that I did not have to set up or clean up anything!

My daughters birthday ran smoothly. Caleb was a wonderful host, he had everything ready, was super chill and very helpful. There were parents who checked in for parties who were horrible to the staff. Checking in was chaotic because of the amount of people, but the girls doing the checkin were awesome! For a Saturday afternoon, the staff was really good. This was one of our best visits.
