Perfect setting for my sons birthday party. Every one we had dealings with was amazing and made sure we had what we needed. We will definitely be back!

The wait time, computer system was slow and had to be rebooted

Overall satisfied however not satisfied with the time allotted for the party room. The time in the party rooms should be longer. 45 mins is not enough time for pizza (when they were 15 mins late), cake and presents.

Party attendant was not proactive. He didn't think to attend to us until I had already loaded my arms full of plates to serve the pizzas. By then it's too late.

The overall price for the birthday party was outrageous. The air conditioning was not working properly and everyone was sweating - even the parents that were not jumping.

Place was great! Party concept is different kids jump then eat & leave. I didn’t like that

It was my son's 7th birthday party. We got party room 3 upstairs it was extremely hot a few of our guests had to leave because of the heat. We did not get the pizza that we were supposed to for our party Because they were out of the large pizza crust so they made small pizza's and they only brought the cheese pizza and never brought the pepperoni pizza! My host had gotten switch three times during the party which was a little confusing and then we were rushed out at the end while my son was opening gifts! While the whole time the other party rooms were empty and we still had 20 minutes left in our party room! Earlier during the party time While the kids for the party were still in their jump time I had went ahead and booked my daughter's birthday party for April 20th and I am really hoping we have none of these issues!

I paid for hosting of my party, but still ended up hosting the party until a 2nd person was sent to help out. Few drink options were available (water, sprite, and punch) and low quality punch (it didn't taste good) - soda machine was down? Biggest complaint - cakes were not brought up yet for the 2 parties I was hosting when I was told I had 10 minutes to get out, make it clear to patrons they have 40 minutes in the party room when booking.

It was more crowded than I had ever seen it. The kids had to wait forever in lines to do dodgeball, rock wall and the running wall. Since the birthday party guests have limited time it makes it hard for them to really enjoy it. For the price that the host pays they should get a little longer jump time without having to pay additional. The toddler area floor coverings were either falling off or missing. The staff and our hostess Jada were great to work with though.

For the cost, it felt very disorganized. There was no way to keep up with who was there short of standing at check in. We were also not told much other than we could go jump. The time in the birthday room seemed EXTREMELY rushed. I also didn't like that I didn't have to leave a list of guests so there was nothing keeping guests from checking in siblings to the party who were not invited.
