It was so crowded you could barely jump in the open jump area, staff was so busy it was hard to get someone to help or ask a question, because it was soooo busy/crowded. Our pizzas took a long time to come out of the oven and my party had to rush to eat their dinner, cake and do presents. I was told we were the last party in that room and tried not to rush the kids too much but then all of a sudden, another party was coming in our room before we were packed up and the room got cleaned. Other than these lil details, I was satisfied well enough.

Expensive, too many people in different areas hard to keep an eye on groups of people.

When I booked my party, the description included Glow shirts for all guests. When I asked about them, the host said it doesn't include them. Luckily, I had printed the page. So then I had to take it to someone else with her. They then told me that they no longer carried those and didn't know if/when they might get more. So they offered me the other pink or blue shirts. They only had large and XL. They were not correct sizes and some of the guests couldn't even get shirts big enough to fit. They were 14/15 year olds. The 2 girls had to get larges even though they would normally wear small in women's.

Friendly staff. Children had fun. Sports awards went smoothly in the enclosed party room!

The line was long. People kept cutting in line. The process of checking and what to expect was unclear, this was my first time booking a party there. The place was packed. The time in the party room was too short. The guest were still eating and had to be rushed out. Some how our pizza that was leftovers disappeared. Other than that everything went well.

The check out process should be different. The hostess should be able to get payment from you instead of standing in line all over again to pay for the party.

It was 100%impossible to contact SkyZone after I booked. I had questions about the party and call 5 times over a 2 day period. The recording kept telling me the estimated wait time is 1 minute but no one ever answered. Once I waited for 20 minutes just to see how long it took (I gave up because no one ever answered). This bothers me mostly because of the price we paid. At $300 for less than 2 hours for a birthday party the least someone could do is pick up the phone and answer a few simple questions. A few other issues as well but I have written enough.

It’s a great facility for the kids but I do not think the cost for birthday party’s shouldn’t be as high as they are, especially for glow party’s and all you receive is a shirt, plus the cost of socks isn’t included in the price which I think is ridiculous but overall my kids had fun.
