The entire staff of Sky Zone was amazing. The manager Sherry was a joy to work with. We ended up at Sky Zone due to a disappointing visit at Launch and Sky Zone didn’t disappoint!

Everything was so easy and went very smoothly!

Your staff was awesome for my 8 year old’s birthday.

Beyond it being very crowded when we got there (which is not your fault), we had a great time. The kids were all having a ball and the adults had fun too. We were very happy with everything for our son's birthday party!

Good communication with the birthday planning, staff to help with the party, separate check-in for the party, able to have the party in a big room with windows, ease of having options with food and drink

Overcrowded. Staff not as friendly as last year. No availability of a secure place to keep belonging while jumping.

Bathroom had no soap. I was told that all guests would be given socks, but upon arrival we were told they were out of socks and were waiting on a shipment. Soda machine was out of order so I had to walk over to publix to get drinks for the parents of our guests. One child needed a shirt and they were out of those too except for one size that was far to large. Finally, I asked for the pizza to be double cut-smaller slices because kids don’t often finish the large ones. They said okay, and then Started serving them without doing it. The party host and the employee who helped us with check in were both very nice and helpful. I think This is just not a well stocked/well organized location.

We had 21 5 year olds who were very excited for cake and pizza. The party before ours apparently made a big mess and it took a long time to clean the room. We waited about 20 minutes over our expected time. It was fine in the end since they gave us that extra time on the backend and everyone was fed, however it might be good to stagger the parties a little more to eliminate this happening again. We had a great time overall and everyone was super happy!
