The team at the Anderson Sky Zone made my son's birthday so easy to plan and celebrate. He had a great time with his friends!

I found the party packages to be very expensive compared to other area options, however, it went very smoothly and everyone had a great time. I also don't care for LaRosa's but the kids seemed to love it. The party room helpers were AMAZING!!! Once we got to the room, I didn't lift a finger. I was able to sit and enjoy it and talk with the parents and take photos. One thing I failed to do is get a group photo. Perhaps in the future, a party coordinator could suggest that and even offer to take the photo?

the kids had a great time jumping and our group liked being able to use the party room the whole time we were there. sydney and jack in the party room were completely professional and did such a great job taking care of the kids and interacting with them! :)

The Kids enjoyed it. Everything is taken care of and ready on time. The time frame of party then you are able to leaving without entertaining the party people anymore then you have to.

Even though check in was chaotic, Lindsey held her cool and got to everyone as best she could being the only team member at the counter on a Sunday morning. Our duo of hosts were helpful and I didn’t have to hardly lift a finger.

Check in was easy! All the employees were helpful! We had a blast and will be back! Thank you!

Nonye & Maggie were very attentive, friendly, and helpful with our little guys during our son’s birthday party. Party Room 2 was a spacious size for our large party group and well kept. Our children are high energy and the park provides a safe, fun, and physical outlet.

The check in process was a bit disorganized. We had a birthday party room it seemed to take a while to serve the kids and there was not announcement of what was happening - process of the party. What we will do first, next, etc. Then we were rushed to finish the party - cake and presents - to get out by a time that was never communicated ahead of time to us. we thought we had an hour not 40 mins - for 20+ kids cake and presents that is not a lot. Also one of our jumpers broke their leg and there was no response from the sky zone team. No one checked on her offered to call the ambulance nothing. other parents were checking on the family not the staff. I would think there would be better protocol for something like that.

The price is on the high side for birthday party guests. Being winter time, our cart filled up quickly with B-day presents so it would be nice to have a coat area. Also-the shoe area is a little small for how many people were there. Not a lot of seating either for spectators not jumping
