Everything was easy and I was able to just relax enjoy watching my children have fun and the host of the party took care of everything. That was very nice.

There needs to be a toddler area because it’s too hard to keep a toddler in one square to keep from getting jumped on. Also it would have been nice to use the party room during our whole scheduled time especially when the kids got thirty and needed something to drink!

Communication from SkyZone staff prior to the party wasn't the best. I received many unnecessary calls. However I left a message to the party office and didn't hear from them within 3 business days and had to call again. During the party staff kept attempting to separate parents with little ones who were just trying to have their kid jump. When separated, the little kids kept trying to go in unsafe areas or go to the "big kid/adult" side to be with their loved one. I understand safety but no one else was around in one instance and they were told to separate.

Only and most importantly, safety issue—mixing of 1st graders with 6th graders + in dodge ball resulted in 3 young ones being hit hard in the face/eye which could have resulted in eye injuries. Typically the age groups are rotated while we are there but this day everyone allowed to play together. Seems some kids who are frequent visitors and know staff were not asked to leave the court.

Children on summer pass, who just can be dropped off without parental supervision. A kid was a jerk in dodgeball and hitting kids in face with ball. We had staff address him and kicked him out but a child should have a parent there. Apparently this kid is been in trouble already per your staff. He should be kicked out of hour program.

Parents on younger children should be permitted to get socks and not be charged the full price to jump when they are just standing near the toddler. Any one could walk away with a child, yet at a birthday party adults are being charged the full jumping price. Too expensive.

Checking into our party was a mess. I would of liked it to be a bit more organized. Or a "holding" room. I felt i had to keep telling people where to go and what to do. I felt that should of been a employee responsibility

Overall good, Male hosts seemed new and inexperienced but nice compared to girls last yr that were awesome. Needed supplies(2nd spatula) but I had to get, unlimited refills but a Grandpa had to pay 4 dollars dor soda while kids were jumping. For over 400 dollars and a 3rd or 4th party at skyzone I would think Grandpa would have gotten drink under unlimited refill...No pitchers in room at that time to fill from. Until I got spatula 2nd ice cream cake was very hard for them to serve in 1 piece

The team members in the birthday party room were rude. I would have rather handled haning out pizza and drinks myself. The kids in this part were all15 and above and should be treated as such.

I felt rushed in the party room toward the end. I think you need atleast an hour in the room. The dodgeball area had along wait our birthday party didnt get in.
