It felt a little rushed in the birthday room. It would be nice to have a full hour in the party room. I think my daughter was also suppose to get a shirt, as the birthday girl, but we didn't recieve one.

The check in process took way too long. It would have been really nice to have been given the form to fill out listing the guests attending the party prior to the event. It should have been emailed with the original party information to help speed things up. One of the desk attendants was originally helping us then we had to get passed off to another attendant because he was leaving. It would have been faster to stick with the original attendant checking us in.

The check in process was very long. 30 minutes is a long time to have Toddlers wait to jump for a birthday party. The kids were running around sliding, falling, and crashing into each other. The socks were not handed out right away so the kids were running around barefoot and their feet were black from dirt. Also one open jump Court was closed due to lack of staffing which made the other areas extremely crowded.
