Other than booking the party, I didn't have to do a thing. From checking in to checking out everyone as SkyZone was friendly and very helpful. The facility was very clean as well. The 1/2 hour check in time is a little excessive but other than that - no complaints!

We had to book a birthday party winin a week of the date I was unsure it would be possible. They got our party booked with no issues explained everything. Easy checkin at the party didn’t charge me for two jumpers who didn’t show up even though I included in the head count. Allowed us to open gifts at the party to help keep kids occupied.

The facility was extremely clean, including the Birthday room. The staff was very helpful and set up all of the decorations I brought. I didn’t have to do a thing!!! The birthday coordinator (Julia) was very friendly and helpful.

Variety of fun zones for the kids to play in, staff friendly and attentive, even though very crowded (a Sunday afternoon) kids had ample space to play

I think that parents from the party should be able to sit upstairs where the party room is while the kids are jumping. Also we were really taken back that we weren’t able to open presents in the party room. I think that that should’ve been talked about prior to booking the party when we were going over all that information.

Only the basic jumper was available .

There was no assistance to our party guests when they arrived to the facility. They were confused on the check in process and were often at the wrong counter and had to be redirected by myself. We had over 25 guests and I was displeased with having to guve them all of the information regarding how to check in and where to go. It would have been nice for a team member to stand at the front door to explain the check in process for guests and the public so I did not have to and could focus on watching the children. The signs were not clear enough. Also, we were scolded for the parents not filling out the gift registry but no team member ever explained it to us or instructed the parents to do so. We also really did not like the pizza. Overall though my son enjoyed his party and the kids had fun.

The pizza that is sold at SkyZone is not very good. That is my only real complaint. And that I was scolded for arriving 15 prior to jump time rather than 30 minutes. My sons's waiver w already completed online. All I had to do was check in and hand them a cake. The young man that worked the birthday room for our party was amazing. He did an outstanding job!
