They waited for me to assist my guest Because they waiting for my full payment which is been easy if they ask me to pay all and my guest are enrolled and check their names etc. And the address of sky zone not good to UBer GPRS I was dropped in the back of the place according to the address in the website very hassle with me to walk and fight with the Uber driver to return to thé transcanadien street please check if the GrPs it’s really if it really in a proper settings the address.

No security to ensure kids are not taken by someone else. Shoes are left unattended. Sticker system not clear would recommend to go to bracelets.

I booked a birthday package. I was supposed to get a confirmation e-mail and a phone call prior to the date. I received neither. I had to call back one day before the date to make sure that I everything is as planned. I payed all the package upfront and was told that I am getting one free guest for this. I never got it. Compared to the competition (Skytag and Isaute) I found the whole process and follow up lacking. It is too bad because the facilities are great and the price was competitive. It was not explained very clear what is included in the birthday package neither by the clerk at booking or on the website or printed form. The page with the package has "private room included" when the package is actually just for a table in the open area. The follow up was very poor, As I said no e-mail no call. This is not good. You should have somebody go over the process for the parties.

Votre système de débit semble avoir un problème avec les cartes de la Banque Royale. Ma carte a été refusée à 2 différentes reprises. (Et il y avait de l’argent dans mon compte) Donc c’était un inconvénient pour moi. Les employés à l’accueil ne semblent pas assez sûre d’eux. Le jeune homme qui nous a servi à la table a été vraiment gentil et poli 👍🏻👍🏻 Mon fils était content, alors c’est ca qui compte 😉 Bonne journée

When I went to prepare the room a few minutes before the guests were to arrive upstairs (sadly you aren't allowed access until then), all of the gifts, jackets and party supplies were piled at one end of the table the kids would be eating on. This was very inconvenient and messy, making it difficult to fully prepare the space in time. The jump time was set to end at 4:45 (I had purchased an extra 30 mins) yet the pizza was already in the room by 4:15- it was therefore cold when it was time to eat. I had also ordered 2 extra pizzas which arrive late (after 5). When it came time to serve cake and ice cream, my ice cream was melted to soup like consistency and was inedible. I asked if it was put into the freezer as requested and "Mackenzie" indicated that it was- clearly the freezer was not functional.
