Tres bon rapport qualité prix. Accueil tres chaleureux des hotes/sses. Équipe formidable qui travaille tres tres fort. Meme si on pouvait rajouter du temps pour la fete, un petit 15 minutes auraient été bien apprécié dans le forfait de base. Malgré cela les hotes ont été tres compréhensifs et tres souples. Un gros merci!!!

From the beginning the energy was great. The kids (we were 13 in all) were just dying to get out the to play because they sat there and waited for the check-in. Once we were in the play area it did not disappoint. The place was packed, but it seemed like there was enough room for all. You have plenty of different ares to entertain everyone that we brought along for my son's 7th birthday party. Thank you for the wonderful 2 hours.

The staff members were very efficient. They brought up our belongings to the party room instead of us doing it. The party attendant in our party room was extremely nice, helpful and knowledgeable. I thought that it was organized very well, for example the staff knew what room my son's party was at, gave us a breakdown of the times to access the room and asked us on many occasions if we needed anything. I thought that that was quite impressive. It was a very busy jump day on the day of my son's party, but the staff as stressed as they might have been with the influx of people, it didn't show at all. They were very professional and I really appreciated it.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. There was lots of space for the kids to jump and play. All the areas we visited were clean.

Très bonne ambiance. Les jeux étaient braiments agréables et plaisants pour les enfants. Salle d’anniversaire était très spacieuse.

Différents choix de modules de jeux. adaptés à plusieurs niveaux. Excellent service au niveau de l'organisation de la salle. Bonne répartition du 2h: 1h15 pour jouer et 45 min pour la salle c'est selon moi parfait comme répartition.

Le 30 mins dans la salle de fete.. c’est pas assez.. 1hr. C’est correct car on a mange vite..je comprends Il y a quelqun qui suive mais on peut stressant de manger vite.. merci!
