Les enfants ont été ravi. Ils se sont bien amuses. Tout s'est très bien passe pendant la fete. Vous etes joignables rapidement par telephone et flexible pour les changements de dernière minute. Tres bon rapport qualité/prix!

The party hostess Mia was fantastic! Pleasant, experienced, easy going and organised! She helped me every step of the way to manage 20+ kids with food and dessert. She took over and helped me immensely. Better experience at Skyzone Dorval than the Skyzone Laval overall! I have done a birthday at Skyzone Laval and that was a mistake and horribly run!! Skyzone Dorval has a super friendly staff from the moment we were greeted. (they opened doors when we came in!). The children and other parents were extremely happy and impressed. I would highly recommend skyzone Dorval and will go there instead of the Laval one even though its further. Thank you Mia! I appreciated all the staff that I came in contact with and all were very nice and pleasant. Bravo! The management at Dorval should sit down every employee starting with the manager at Laval and show them how to be more courteous and helpful and friendly! They lack organization, most staff are there to socialize instead of being helpful especially at a birthday party. It's too bad because they are ruining it's reputation, this coming from several other parents and myself included. They need to step up and be better at service!!!

The service was fantastic and impeccable . Andrew was an amazing host and we were well taken care of. The birthday party area and the service is well organized. The fact that staff takes care of everything this is A1 service. Facilities were clean especially the bathroom !!! Everyone was very helpful and kind. Good job to all of you . Keep up the good work! 1- The place was huge and well organized 2- There were not any digital game 3- Party room was clean and well colored 4- pizza test was perfect 5- service was great

The staff were polite and helpful. The facilities were clean and well maintained (except the counter in the party room which when I said something, it was handled politely and quickly).

I think SKY ZONE is a great place to play kids. My son also very satisfied and he wants to go there again. There are many different areas. So it was very interesting and exciting.
