as above; all went to plan and service was great. specifically enjoy nonpayment for adults (though barely any stayed).

Nous avons beaucoup apprécier la variété des activités, pas seulement des trampolines. La salle de fête était belle et tout était inclus dans le forfait fête, même les ustensiles. Les employés étaient souriants et semblaient bien surveiller les jeunes.

La nourriture était très bonne et la qualité du service impeccable. Le personnel est très professionnel et à l’écoute de nos demandes. J’ai eu la chance de discuter avec un des coopropriètaire, Mohamed, un gentleman qui a le souci des affaires et surtout la satisfaction des clients présent.

Les enfants se sont amusés et il y avait des solutions aux mini situations. Le sac cadeau aurait pu être mieux ex: tee shirt ou bouteille eau Sky zone.

Regarding I was organizing my son's party and it was the first time that I, my family and guests were attending the park I found the check-in very disorganized. Several of my guests took the entry line twice as well as I did spending the time to use the park there. Everyone took the line to the reception them someone informed to go back to the computer line to take the waiver and them go back again for the other line ( I suggest an employee will be there out of the reception indicating about the steps. Some friends gave their own kids names understanding the receptionist was asking for the guest list of the party (so confused).Many of my guests entered the park with the gifts because was not informed to me and for them about the gift box located at the reception ( I hold the bags for a while and it was any comfortable) same thing about the coats. Even me was not informed about the possibility to keep the coats in the box as well so we left them on the hanger. The entrance to the park was in fact very exhausting and disorganized. Everything else went very well. The attendant of our party was very helpful during the period of our private room

Il serait intéressant de pouvoir opter pour un temps illimité pour les anniversaires. Il serait intéressant de pouvoir opter pour un anniversaire avec moins de convives. (8) Le prix de la location de la salle est vraiment très cher, pour 30 minutes.

Il devait avoir une caisse réservée pour les anniversaires uniquement pour inscrire les invités cela éviterait une perte de temps vu qu on a 1h15 de saut.
