The birthday package time allotment is simply not long enough to have a proper meal, eat cake and actually talk to your guests. As a result, we're forced to purchase additional time at $50/half hour. This is very expensive. While the host we had was very friendly, he kept coming back in the room every few minutes to remind me of my time restrictions and payment obligations at the end of the party but he also did not ensure the room was fully setup to make the most of our time in there. What I would have expected were bowls to be available for the bags of chips he could see we brought and spoons for cake as an example. I had to request these items as we were scrambling to set up.

One extra pizza was requested but not ordered we waited ten minutes for it to arrive but I still had to leave the party room at the same time . Upon check in the person checking us in was lost . The process of getting socks is annoying and should be factored into the price of the party .its s bit of a zoo when you enter the building and kind of a mess . I was not told which party room I was in I had to make sure I heard the person on the microphone calling it out .

Donc trop d'échanges entre votre personnel jusqu'à la livraison du service: perte de temps, d'énergies et de frustrations. Nécessité une formation adéquate de votre personnel. Établir les listes de contrôle dans votre processus de la prise de réservation jusqu'à la livraison du service.

45 minutes dans le salon privé est trop courte... nous devions manger rapidement...
