I had a large group (21 kids) and only one staff member was assigned to my group. She worked super hard but we still needed an extra hand or two in the birthday room.

I was charged the socks and I had said the guests were going to pay for them. Really difficult to reach by phone. I was never explained about the promo.

The way that multiple parties were being received and registered with only 2 cashes available was not efficient and was disorganized. Maybe you could get tablets and have the hosts do the signups

En général je suis bien satisfaite d’avoir fait l’annIversaire de ma fille au sky zone. Un point d’amelioration serait de mieux accompagner les gens pour le processus d’inscription qui est plutôt long et pas très clairs. Le deuxième est que le temps alloué dans la salle est trop court. Nous nous sommes sentis bousculés pour sortir, un 15 mins de plus aurait suffit.

Upon arrival it was very disorganized and there was no staff to guide my guest to where to put their belongings.... they were all standing around until I arrived and then there was a rush to get started and register the kids.Party room was extremely rushed and the host was not experienced and organized at all!

Difficulté à l’enregistrement à cause de la barrière linguistique. Le minimum est de parler français. Très insatisfaite d’avoir eu à épeler les 8 noms des invités un par un.

Very hectic when first arriving with the party would be nice to have an animator help the group at the beginning and have someone to explain the rules to kids so as they can start to jump on time ...had to ask and find someone .

Very satisfied with all team members (especially the girl helping us in the party room), except for the manager. 100% by the book, no customer service. I hosted a birthday party for 20 kids and thought that the management could be a bit more willing to accommodate.

I wish I had known that I had to check-in all 20 guests prior to arrival; I didn't understand what "come early for check-in" really meant or else I would have ensured all parents filled the online waiver online, would have arrived more than 20 min earlier and would have ensured I knew all my guests' last names. Also, I was not aware how the party room would be set-up so I was a bit anxious about that; I had to ask someone and they explained that someone would take our things from the front shelves and bring them to the room; my balloon was left downstairs and my table cloths were not set-up...my chips were not taken out...I was on top of it so went into the room myself and set-up at least the chips.
