Overall the experience was positive, staff was friendly and it was easy from check in to check out. Both adult and children at the party were able to enjoy themselves as a group without issues.

Booking the party was simple and the packet is very informative. The staff was knowledgable and our party host was attentive during the party room use. The party went well and everyone was full of bounces and pizza.

The pizza did not taste well to most of my guests for the party. It actually made one guest vomit.

There was garbage and chewed gum in the obstacle course area. I brought it to the worker’s attention and her and another worker laughed about it and never cleaned it up. I addressed the issue with a manager towards the end of our visit and he said he would take care of it, but I am unsure if he did.

I feel that for the price I paid for the party was extremely high. I did not have 10 jumpers, but I was not offered a refund.
